Only a trace of initial bricking. This is still relatively youthful with the first traces of secondary fruit development to accompany the intensely earthy and gamey aromas, both of which continue onto the rich, powerful and impressively concentrated big-bodied flavors that possess excellent depth and drive on the sappy, intense and still solidly structured flavors that are firm but not aggressive. While this could be drunk with 30 minutes of aeration, I would be inclined to give this at least another 5 years and probably 10 of cellar time but it should definitely be worth the wait as everything required is here. Just add time and be prepared!
